General

All sites must be kept clean and clutter free.

All trash must be bagged and sealed before placing it in the dumpster.

Please place all trash in the dumpster. Household trash (furniture, refrigerators, broken sewer lines) is prohibited.

No dumping of grey or black water on the ground.

No generators without pre-approval of management.

No open fires except in designated pits. All fires must be accompanied by an adult and must be completely extinguished when not attended.

Water and sewer hoses must be secure with no leaks. Sewer hoses must be placed on hose supports and not touching the ground.

No washing of RV without pre-approval of management. There is a $20 fee for washing of RVs and $15 for vehicles.

No ATV usage allowed.

Children the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Campers are responsible for their guests and their behavior at all times.

Any damage to park facilities will be the responsibility of the camper reserving the site.

No vending activities.

No refunds for unused reservations or early departures.

Mail is not delivered to the park.

Subletting prohibited.

Fireworks are prohibited.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. In addition, management may require immediate removal from the park.

Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavioir will not be tolerated. Any of these actions should be immediately reported to 1-918-852-5674.

Any violation of park rules will be required to immediately leave the park and no refunds will be issued.

Any incident requiring involvement of Law Enforcement will be required to immediately leave the park and not no refunds will be issued.

The Thumbs Up RV Park is not responsible for any accidents, damage, theft, on the property.

Campers use the property at their own risk.

Pets

Maximum of two pets per site.

All pet waste shall be picked up and disposed of in the dumpster.

No excessive barking or aggression.

Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of your RV.

No tethering of pets outside without an adult present.

Pets shall not be kept in a crate outside.

Pets shall not be a nuisance to other park guests.

Cancellations

If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservations, call us immediately.
